This album is built upon the sine wave of a synthesizer, hence the name.

The sine wave to me is the most cosmic feeling and simultaneously peaceful sounding of a synthesizer sound. The album incorporates the use of a sine wave in many musical guises.

This album also incorporates more use of a drum machine to add more stability to the base of the compositions.

The album combines sequencer lines that drift into ambience and the reverse.

I think Cosmic Ground is a exciting band. Old fashioned and with nice vibes and rhytms. But I miss something. Many compare with TD. Maybe, but I lack the crescendo at the end of the songs. It becomes boring when the end lacks a Froeselike guitarsolo. Something is missing, the crescendo is missing, the songs just exit out with no proper end explosion. Roger Adler
